Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Mahjong events and lessons have limited seating and require advance preparation, the following policies apply.

Private Lessons
Private lessons may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson will forfeit the deposit.

Event Tickets (Classes, Mahjong Nights, Special Events)
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable. Seats are reserved in advance and materials and table arrangements are planned based on confirmed attendance.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to:
• Transfer your ticket to a friend, or
• Notify me as soon as possible and I will work to transfer you to another event that does work for your schedule.
